This application caters to professional drivers operating under trucking companies utilizing the Circle Transportation Management System (TMS) Software. It enables drivers to efficiently manage their pick-up and delivery events by providing them with detailed information such as location names and addresses, event dates and times, and any specific instructions associated with each task.
Drivers can leverage the app to seamlessly inform their dispatching company when they reach, load, and unload at designated freight stops. Furthermore, the application offers real-time automatic position updates to keep dispatch informed as the driver progresses through their assigned loads.
Key features of this application include:
- Tracking device location with automatic updates to dispatch
- Dynamically pinging the device
- Sending comprehensive load information to drivers, encompassing stop details, order notes, among others
- Notifying when arriving at Shipper / Consignee locations
- Updating status when loaded at Shipper with Bill of Lading details including pieces and weight
- Confirming emptiness upon reaching Consignee with Proof of Delivery (POD) signature
- Along with various other convenient functionalities
